Several Indian celebrities have criticised what they call “selective outrage,” questioning why strong voices on Gaza have remained silent over recent hate crimes against Hindus in Bangladesh. Actors including Janhvi Kapoor and Kajal Aggarwal condemned the mob lynching of Dipu Chandra Das and urged people to speak out against violence and persecution, regardless of ideology or politics.
