New Delhi: The opening day of the IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026 witnessed strong participation from AI startups, technology companies, and innovation-driven enterprises from across the country. Among the notable participants was Acube AI, a rapidly emerging Tier-2 city based AI company, which gained significant attention at the Expo through its dedicated Startup POD presence.
The summit, organized under the vision of strengthening India’s AI ecosystem, brought together startups, enterprises, policymakers, and innovators on a single platform to showcase real-world artificial intelligence solutions and collaborations.
A major highlight of Day 1 was the visit of Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, to the Expo area. His presence created substantial traction and visibility for exhibitors, generating enthusiasm among startups and participants while reinforcing the national push toward AI-led innovation and technology adoption.
Participation in the Grand Finale
Acube AI’s team also marked its presence at the Grand Finale of the India AI Impact Buildathon, joining some of the country’s most promising AI teams. The participation reflected the company’s focus on delivering practical and scalable AI solutions aimed at enterprise and public-sector impact.
The company showcased its work in areas such as intelligent AI systems, data analytics, automation, and enterprise-focused AI engineering highlighting how emerging companies from Tier-2 cities are increasingly contributing to India’s expanding AI landscape.
Startup POD Driving Visibility for Emerging Companies
Speaking about the event, the founders of Acube AI (Akash Kirtane & Abhishek Pophali) emphasized the importance of the Startup POD initiative, which provided smaller and emerging AI companies a platform alongside larger industry players.
According to the founders, the initiative enabled meaningful industry interactions, improved visibility, and opened networking opportunities that are often limited for growing technology companies based outside metro hubs. They praised the effort led by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, stating that such platforms help bridge the gap between innovation ecosystems in metro cities and promising technology firms emerging from Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions.
Growing Momentum for India’s AI Ecosystem
The IndiaAI Impact Summit continues to serve as a central platform for collaboration between government, startups, academia, and industry, highlighting India’s growing ambition to position itself as a global AI innovation hub.
For companies like Acube AI, the summit represents not only a showcase opportunity but also a validation of how regional AI companies are increasingly gaining national attention through innovation-focused initiatives.
As the summit progresses, exhibitors and participants are expected to continue exploring partnerships, technology demonstrations, and collaborative opportunities aimed at accelerating AI adoption across sectors.
