Andhra Govt Allots 480 Acres for Adani-Google AI Data Centre in Visakhapatnam

Andhra Pradesh has allotted 480 acres of land in Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli to Adani Infra (India) Pvt Ltd, a notified partner of Google’s Raiden Infotech India, for setting up a 1 GW AI data-centre cluster. The project, with an estimated investment of ₹87,500 crore, will be developed to Google’s global data-centre standards and will receive extensive state incentives, including tax exemptions, land-cost benefits, and power subsidies.

Raiden Infotech, the Google entity leading the project, earlier informed the state government that several companies — including Adani Infra, AdaniConneX, Adani Power, Bharti Airtel, Nxtra Data, and Nxtra Vizag Ltd — have been designated as its “notified partners” for the large-scale AI infrastructure development.
