Cloudy Skies Bring Brief Relief, But Heat Persists in Hyderabad | 39°C Expected

Cloudy skies brought a short-lived relief to residents of Hyderabad after overnight thundershowers, but the heat quickly returned by mid-morning. Light rain, lightning, and gusty winds helped cool the city in the early hours. However, temperatures began rising again, showing that the summer heat is still strong. According to the India Meteorological Department, Hyderabad is expected to record a maximum temperature of around 39°C, while minimum temperatures may stay near 26°C. On Tuesday, several areas in Hyderabad recorded high temperatures, including Begumpet at 40.7°C, Rajendranagar at 40°C, and Hayathnagar at 39.6°C. Meanwhile, northern districts of Telangana continue to face intense heat, with Adilabad, Nizamabad, and Mahabubnagar recording temperatures above 42°C. Though the cloudy weather offers temporary relief, rising temperatures indicate that the heatwave conditions are far from over.
