Harish Rao Slams BJP Centre and Congress Govt for ‘Failing Cotton Farmers’

Harish Rao accused both the BJP-led Central government and the Congress government in Telangana of pushing cotton farmers into crisis. He criticised restrictive CCI rules, low procurement prices, and the lack of timely action as farmers face crop damage and mounting financial losses. Rao demanded urgent policy revisions and stronger support measures to protect farmers’ livelihoods.
