After a commanding six-wicket win over the USA in their opening match, India U-19, led by Ayush Mhatre, aim to continue their winning run as they face Bangladesh in their second ICC U-19 World Cup match at Bulawayo.
India’s batting lineup, including 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, vice-captain Vihaan Malhotra, and all-rounders Aaron George and Vedant Trivedi, will look to build on their strong start. The team’s pace and spin attack, led by Henil Patel, D Deepesh, and Kanishk Chouhan, will be crucial against Bangladesh’s potent bowling attack, spearheaded by pacers Iqbal Hossain and Al Fahad, and left-arm spinner Samiun Basir.
Bangladesh, under captain Azizul Hakim, rely on experience and a strong batting core, including Zawad Abrar and Kalam Siddiki, to challenge India in pace-friendly conditions. The match is scheduled to start at 1:00 PM IST.
