KTR Questions Congress Over BC Reservation Disparities in Panchayat Polls

K.T. Rama Rao criticised the Congress government for revising the BC reservation quota to 17% for gram panchayat elections despite promising 42%. He raised concerns over district-level disparities in the new pattern and questioned the ₹160-crore expenditure on the caste census, alleging misleading claims and policy inconsistency.
