Large numbers of devotees participated in the sacred Uttara Dwara Darshanam ritual at Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamy Devasthanam, Bhadrachalam, as part of the Mukkoti Vaikunta Ekadashi celebrations on Tuesday. The historic temple witnessed a spiritually charged atmosphere as devotees gathered from early morning to witness the auspicious opening of the Vaikunta Dwaram, also known as the northern entrance of the temple.
Special poojas began at 5 a.m., accompanied by Kodandapani kirtans, adding devotional fervour to the celebrations. Temple priests performed the rituals with grandeur and explained the religious significance of Uttara Dwara Darshanam, which is believed to grant devotees spiritual liberation when observed on Vaikunta Ekadashi.
Elaborate arrangements were made by temple authorities to ensure smooth darshan for the large influx of devotees. The celebrations reflected deep faith, devotion, and adherence to age-old traditions, making the occasion memorable for pilgrims visiting the sacred shrine.
