In Pune’s Rajgurunagar, a 16-year-old Class 10 student was killed after being attacked with a knife by a classmate inside a private coaching centre on Monday morning.
Police said the incident stemmed from a prior dispute between the two students. The injured boy was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Authorities are in the process of detaining the accused, while investigations continue to determine the exact motive behind the attack.
Khed police confirmed that preliminary inquiries point to a personal conflict between the teens, and a detailed probe is underway.
