Reliance Industries Reports Rs 18,645 Crore Net Profit in Q3 FY26

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 18,645 crore for Q3 FY26, a 0.56% year-on-year increase from Rs 18,540 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations rose 10.5% to Rs 2,69,496 crore, while EBITDA increased 6.1% to Rs 50,932 crore, with a marginal decline in EBITDA margin to 17.3%.

RIL’s telecom arm, Jio Platforms, saw EBITDA jump 16.4% to Rs 19,303 crore, with 5G subscribers surpassing 250 million and fixed broadband users crossing 25 million. Reliance Retail reported a 3% net profit increase to Rs 3,551 crore, with revenue up 9.2% YoY.

The quarter also saw the demerger of the consumer products business and continued capital expenditure of Rs 33,826 crore ($3.8 billion) toward O2C, New Energy, and expansion of Jio and Retail networks.

Mukesh Ambani highlighted the company’s resilience across businesses, the deepening of Jio’s digital ecosystem, and growth in the retail portfolio through new brands and products.
