Mumbai: Actress Soha Ali Khan gave fans a glimpse of her lighter side after sharing a fun video in which her regular gym routine turned into a playful puppy chase. The fitness enthusiast amused social media users with relatable pet-parenting moments and workout humour.
In the video shared online, Soha is seen being chased by her pet dog while getting ready for the gym and even during her workout session. Captioning the clip, the Rang De Basanti actress wrote, “Gym plan: lift weights. Reality: chase puppy energy,” adding playful emojis. She also used AC/DC’s “Are You Ready” as the background score.
Soha is a pet parent to two dogs, Masti and Mishti, and also takes care of a rescue dog named Nimki. Her social media feed often features glimpses of her fitness journey, workout sessions, and moments with her pets.
Earlier, the actress had shared another workout video, joking that her trainer seemed to confuse strength training with “survival training,” as she performed intense exercises. She recently also shared a heartfelt post wishing her mother, veteran actress Sharmila Tagore, on her birthday.
