The post is not linked to any official appointment or constitutional role.
The post comes amid Trump’s recent remarks suggesting improving relations between the United States and Venezuela. He cited cooperation with Venezuelan leadership, oil shipments to the US, and ongoing diplomatic engagement as signs of progress.
