UNSC Backs Trump’s Gaza Peace Plan, Clears Way for International Stabilisation Force

The UN Security Council has approved a resolution supporting President Trump’s Gaza peace plan, authorising the deployment of an international stabilisation force and outlining a roadmap toward Palestinian statehood. The resolution also calls for scaled-up humanitarian aid, major reconstruction efforts, and the disarmament of Hamas as part of a long-term peace framework.
