Word of Mouth Magic: ‘Dhurandhar’ Records Best 2nd Friday & Saturday Ever, Crosses ₹300 Cr

Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna’s comeback film Dhurandhar is breaking records at the box office, posting a stellar second Friday and an unprecedented second Saturday—the biggest ever for a Hindi film.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted the achievement, noting that Dhurandhar has surpassed all previous Hindi movies in second Saturday collections. He tweeted, “HISTORIC, ONCE AGAIN... Dhurandhar OVERTAKES ALL FILMS ON SECOND SATURDAY – SETS A NEW BENCHMARK. The film is now competing head-on with the biggest blockbusters of Hindi cinema.”

With such exceptional weekend growth, driven largely by word of mouth, Dhurandhar has now crossed the ₹300 crore mark, cementing its place as one of the biggest hits in recent Hindi cinema.
