Delhi CM Rekha Gupta, Ministers Pay Obeisance at Golden Temple
Amritsar: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta along with her Cabinet ministers visited the Golden Temple on Monday to offer prayers and express gratitude for the successful organisation of Guru Tegh Bahadur’s 350th martyrdom anniversary event held at the Red Fort in Delhi.
During the visit, CM Gupta also performed sewa (voluntary service) at the temple and shared her prayers on social media platform X. She later visited the Durgiana Temple and met with local BJP leaders in Amritsar.
Speaking after the visit, Gupta said she had come to offer “shukrana” (thanks) for the successful anniversary programme, which drew widespread participation and praise.
The visit highlights the continuation of her engagements in religious and cultural activities, strengthening connections with devotees and local leadership.
