AP Government acquires 5,000 acres for IT parks


The Andhra Pradesh government is set to acquire approximately 5,000 acres of land in Vizianagaram district, near Bhogapuram International Airport, to develop IT parks. This initiative aims to bolster the state's IT infrastructure and attract investments to the region.

The district administration is currently identifying suitable land along a 15-kilometer stretch between Rajapulova and Bhogapuram on National Highway 16. The proposed IT parks are expected to create significant employment opportunities and contribute to the economic development of North Andhra Pradesh.
